Today I´m going to talk about activity named "Week of agitation anti Hinzpeter´s Law", this proposed different activities don´t only in Santiago also in others citys of Chile. Between these acttivities is convened:
On Monday 28, march from Ahumada to Alameda at 7 o´clock.
On Wednesday 30, forum in the laws´ faculty at University of Chile at 6:30 p.m.
On Thursday 31, march from Plaza Perú to central avenue, in Concepcion at 12:00 o´clock
On Thursday, march from Ahumada to Alameda 18:30 p.m
I don´t want to miss the instance and I woul like to talk about what is this law and so understand
why this week´ agitation. This law intended to criminalize the marches and streets demonstrations and change the penal figure for those participanting or had incited public disorder with sentences of 541 days to 3 years in prision. Allows the police without a court order may be required from your photographs or any record that identifies those attending marches, so criminalazing participation in marches or demonstration in public spaces.
